Speaking of healthy life， it is something we usually talk about but only a few of us really follow the rules to maintain it， especially for young generation in our modern society.
We can often see this slogan on the internet ‘what we eat defines what we become’， and from my point of view， healthy living style has greatly rely on your eating habit. Having a balanced diet means eating a variety of foods to achieve and maintain a healthy body weight. Besides， keeping a healthy lifestyle is alsothe combination of physical and psychological well-being.
For example， my roommate Mark was always insisting us to wake up very early in the morning and then took us to the playground to do some physical exercises. It really helps us to get rid of some bad habits， because we used to stay up late at night and oversleep the next morning， it is easier for us to get tired and also it had a big impact on our learning efficiency. Besides， more importantly， people nowadays have a sedentary lifestyle and pay little attention to the future influence which may bring by the unhealthy lifestyle.
Let’s take the Chinese high school students as an example， they usually skip their breakfast or just grab something very quick to eat. It’s pretty much the same with exercise， few people these days have time to do some daily exercises into their life. As a result， keeping a healthy lifestyle is crucial in our daily life， however， we should also take some actions to make it come true and reach our ultimate aim to live longer in this vivid world.
