一、信开头的称呼

1、对于团体，机构的信笺：Sir or Madam，

与之相对应的结尾是：Sincerely yours,

Helen Wang；

2、对于教授：Prof. / Professor××，注意要写教授的全名，中文姓名不能颠倒，

与之相对应的结尾同上。

3、对于家人、朋友、同学：名字，如Susan，

与之相对应的结尾是：Yours,

Helen 。
