Life skill are very important and by doing voluntary work, students can learn how to communicate with others and work in a team but also how manage their time and improve their organizational skills.
……
By giving them compulsory work activities with charitable community organizations, they will be encouraged to do something more creative.
在这两段中，
1)第二段中的voluntary work 和第三段中的compulsory work是明确的同意转换，
2)此外第二段中的communicate with others到第三段中就变成了community organizations，词性发生改变，但是意思仍旧没有变化。
有了这些同意转换，首先是句子长度增加，尤其是第二段中由but also引导的从句，将证据长度进行扩充，此外就是两段前后呼应，且不单调。那么同意转换在写作中具体有哪些技巧可供使用?快来看看吧!
同义词，近义词
这恐怕是大家最为熟知的一种同意转换了，及使用同义词或近义词来进行改变，避免重复，只要词汇拓展一点点，立即可以在作文中产生大改变!大家看过来哦~
例子Any government, whether rich or poor, cannot put every penny into education, even though it may be trying to improve overall conditions for education and to create much needed rewards for teachers. Private schools, on the other hand, help to narrow government spending on education by charging wealthy students expensive tuition fees in return for superior learning facilities and highly sought after staff.
本段中的rich和wealthy就是典型的同意转换。
词性拓展
名词，形容词，动词之间进行自由切换，保证词性拓展，但意思不变，增加文章丰富的程度。
例子Activities in environments that pose great danger to humans, such as …… and active volcano exploration, are ideally suited to robots. Similarly, robots can explore distant planets. NASA’s Galileo, ……
大家看，exploration和explore，是不是无死角的进行了词性切换?
核心不变变表达
这是同意转换中较为困难的一种形式，还记得雅思阅读中将language解释为【表达情感或思想的载体】吗?这就是最典型的核心不变变表达，为大家举个例子：
例子Firstly, modern people suffer from greater tension so that they have less time to communicate with each other. More and more people are living in urban areas, where life has a quick rhythm. Due to fierce competition, city dwellers have to be hard-working in order to keep up with the pace of city life. Everybody is busy all the time and the other increasing pressures at work deprive us of a casual way of life. Moreover, living in apartments in isolated blocks, we are becoming more and more removed from each other. And more often than not, it is no longer convenient for us to meet one anther freely.
1首先这段中的greater tension 和 increasing pressures 是同义词组转换，
2此外less time to communicate with each other和more and more removed from each other说的其实是一个含义，但是由于巧妙的使用了同意转换，所以看起来生动丰富的多!
