第三段：这一部分属于补充的部分，就是说你对你的住宿条件还有一些其他的什冬a]题。比如说需不需要自己带厨房用品，能否和其他的一些留学生取得联系等等。
第四段：结尾部分，希望对方可以考虑自己的申请，期盼对方的回复，等等。

Dear Sir/Madam,
I'm writing to express my requirements in relevance with accommodation. I am going
to study in School of Humanities & Social Sciences of Liverpool Hope University. The
course I have chosen is journalism. I am planning to leave China for London on the first
day in this September and arrive on the third day.
My specifications for the accommodation are as follows: Firstly, the place of the
accommodation should be conveniently located in a pleasant residential area within easy
walking distance to the teaching building. And it is the most comfortable that it takes only
15 minutes to walk from the Academy, or just 5 minutes by bike. Secondly, the rooms in the residence area should be single occupancy and self-catered with single study room, bedroom, private bathroom, and internet connection. A11 the students can share kitchen
facilities and make our own meals. Lastly, the price of self-catered single room per week is from￡ 50 to￡ 80.00.
What's more, I would like to know whether I can get in touch with other students studying abroad before I arrive and whether I need to buy some units of kitchen utensils for my flat.
