第三段：说明自己申请该职位的理由。简单地说就是自己为什么喜欢该工作。
第四段：结尾部分，也就是书信中比较客套的话。具体而言，就是对自己前面写到的做一些总结，例如：希望对方可以考虑自己的申请，期盼对方的回复，等等。

I'm writing in response to the advertisement you placed in China Daily for a tourist guide on Friday, 25th,July.
I graduated with a bachelor's degree in English tourist guide in 2004 and I am a quite outgoing person. After completing my four-year course at Beijing University in 2004, I was employed by a travel agency in Shanghai as a tourist guide and now I am looking for a new opportunity in a more demanding and fast-paced office.
